The CHIL workshop is an intensive 2-day program intended to provide a strategic and practical understanding of U.S. healthcare from the perspectives of all major stakeholders including consumers, caregivers, insurers, pharma, and government. The aim of the course is to present the context and specifics of how major healthcare sectors perceive and apply information technology to upgrade their organizational performance and to drive healthcare cost and quality transformation.

The program is geared towards high-potential healthcare professionals from all sectors, including enterprise sales and marketing teams, system architects, software developers, integrators, data scientists, UX designers, product managers, product marketers, program managers, in-house IT staff, and associates in private equity, venture capital, and executive recruitment.

Participants will leave with a better understanding of the context of their own individual work, how their organization fits into the healthcare ecosystem, and how to interact and interoperate with entities such as regulators, standards bodies, hospitals, multispecialty groups, payers, pharma, CROs, HIT vendors, etc.

The curriculum is adapted from licensed content created as part of the highly-regarded CitiusTech training program, used to educate all new CitiusTech employees on the U.S. healthcare industry.

This in-person course is taught by Frank Ingari, supplemented by occasional video.
